BEARS 2026 Summer Team!
LAGCC Bears Summer Swim Team is a combination of stroke improvement, social activities, and team camaraderie. Parent volunteers make this one of the most rewarding activities at the Club for our swimmers. Summer league swimming is the only sport where you have all ages of swimmers from five to eighteen working together as a team on a daily basis, and competing with one another on a weekly basis.
During the summer, the BEARS participate in five dual meets and a handful of swimmers go on to a final championship meet. Dual meets are held on Sunday mornings in June and July. The first few meets for a new family can always be a little chaotic, but you will catch on quickly.
